Gong Xi Fa Cai! As we usher in the Year of the Rat, the LSEAAS is pleased to announce that our Chinese New Year “Lo Hei” Lunch Celebration is around the corner! This annual event is a mainstay of our alumni events calendar, and is always a great opportunity to reunite with fellow alumni and old friends, as well as to meet new friends and contacts.

The sumptuous lunch menu includes:

Golden pumpkin soup with seafood and fresh crab meat
Fried garoupa fillet with olive leaves and asparagus
Straits crispy chicken
Braised dried scallop and crabmeat with homemade tofu
Traditional chicken sausage and preserved meat fried rice
Chilled savoury yam with sago
