Year End Dinner 2021



What a year it has been! It is the time of the year to reconnect, relax and have a good time.
We cordially invite to to our Year End Dinner 2021!
We will be hosting 5pax group dinners for LSE alumni in a cosy environment with a sumptuous Christmas Menu and wine. Do join us!

The Menu
3 Appetisers, family sharing style.
- Cotechino: Italian pork sausage, lentils in Sherry vinaigrette
- Christmas pizza bread: house smoked salmon, whipped salted cod, sous-vide egg, garlic-parley, pepper strips
- Winter salad: endives, pear, walnuts, blue cheese, in-house dressing
Choice of 4 mains.
- Turkey "Petroniana": shallow-fried breaded turkey breast, Parma ham, Parmesan cream on spinach
- Lamb chop: pan-fried Australian lamb chop coated in pistacchio, parsnip cream, lamb jus
- Angus Ribeye: char-grilled Australia 200 Days grain-fed ribeye, fried egg, crispy kale, veal jus
- Seafood Stew "Cioppino": tiger prawns, squids, clams and snapper stewed in tomato-vegetable broth, toasted bread.
3 Dessert for sharing
- Bomboloni: fried broche bun stuffed with chocolate-hazelnut crunch
- Poached pear: pear poached in spiced red wine, vanilla ice cream
- Cannoli: crispy pastry tube coated in chocolate, stuffed with ricotta, pistachio, and candied orange.
2 bottles of wine (1 red, 1 white) for each dinner group.
*vegetarian menu available upon request.

The Restaurant
The name LINO comes from the Italian word LINEN, which is used to cover pizza dough as it leavens - a traditional method that helps the dough naturally ferment without interference.
Lino's food is rooted i this same philosophy of utilising classic cooking techniques that allow flavours to develop naturally and honestly, delivering an experience that warms the heart and touches the soul.
Lino is your go-to Italian restaurant that provides a relaxed, casual, yet elegant dining experience with both indoor and al-fresco seating.
